St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Indiana is seeking a Respiratory Care Coordinator (RRT) to partner with care management, providers, and operations.

The role includes education to Care Managers, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants, and administration of respiratory meds in ambulatory settings. You will liaise with DME agencies, pharmacies, and community partners and engage with patients both by phone and in person.

Qualifications

• Must be NBRC-registered and hold RRT certification.
• Indiana license active upon hire; ability to obtain Ohio/KY within 3 months.
• Minimum 2–3 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
• Proficient with SEP EHR and EPIC Cadence/Prelude in ambulatory settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork; ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Deliver respiratory care and education in ambulatory settings.
• Assist providers in evaluating respiratory needs and optimize services.
• Educate patients and care managers on disease management and medications.
• Coordinate with inpatient and community partners for care transitions.
• Maintain compliance with SEP mission and policies.
• Train staff on COPD-related procedures.
• Ensure timely documentation and follow-up.
