Job summary

Total Respiratory & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Care professional to coordinate clinical services and equipment setups across multiple Indiana branches. You will educate patients, manage orders, and liaise with physicians to ensure continuity of care in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an accredited Respiratory Care Program graduate with CRT/RRT credentials, BLS/CPR, and a valid driver's license. Travel to branches and on-call rotation are expected as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program (High School Diploma or equivalent required).
• Active CRT or RRT credential and a current respiratory care license in the state of operation.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Prior respiratory care or home care experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of respiratory equipment and therapy.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to branches.
• Experience with clinical software, scheduling tools, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical services and manage equipment setups across multiple branches.
• Instruct patients and caregivers on device use, safety, and maintenance.
• Act as clinical liaison between patients, families, physicians, and agencies.
• Update physician on patient condition and adjust Plan of Care as needed.
• Handle orders, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Support on-call coverage and home-health activities as required.
• Train staff on respiratory operations and quality assurance across branches.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
