Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a customer-focused office environment, preferably with knowledge of loan products or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage and home equity loan applications for processing.
• Request missing borrower documents and answer questions to ensure timely follow-up.
• Coordinate leads, inquiries, incomplete or withdrawn applications, and note modification requests.
• Maintain lending reports, templates, forms, and department documents.
• Assist borrowers with Consumer Portal access and password resets.
• Support events by coordinating materials for Residential Lending initiatives.
• Follow up after closing with surveys and post-closing information.
