Job summary

Full Circle Communities seeks a Mission Impact Specialist to advance resident stabilization and equity. You will coordinate communication among community managers, service providers and the Mission Impact team, driving policy implementation and data-driven interventions to preserve housing stability and improve outcomes.

You will lead efforts in funding management, crisis leadership, and interdepartmental collaboration while supervising resident service coordinators and interns.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in permanent supportive housing or similar settings.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Educational background in social work, public policy, behavioral health, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between community manager, service providers, and Mission Impact; lead blended management meetings.
• Assist staff in applying Mission Impact policies; implement onboarding and training for collaboration.
• Collect and analyze resident data from multiple sources to identify trends and interventions.
