Job summary

The Geneva Foundation seeks a Project Director to fully implement a research study under the Principal Investigator. You will recruit participants, conduct the protocol, manage data collection and analysis, and oversee grant budgets with interim and final progress reports.

This is a full-time, hybrid schedule (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Ft. Bragg, NC. Background checks will be conducted. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 4–6 years experience in research management preferred.
• 4–6 years non-profit, research, or healthcare experience desired.
• 3–5 years experience in planning, organizational, communications, and management skills.
• US Citizenship required.
• Competence in oral and written communication.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitors staffing, hiring, salary negotiations and performance review processes for staff.
• Directs programmatic/conduct ensuring staff perform tasks within project scope.
• Ensures staff understand their job descriptions and responsibilities.
• Plans and facilitates individual and team meetings.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Provides training, guidance and feedback through reviews and meetings.
• Provides technical direction and supervision to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provides day-to-day leadership enabling program success.
• Oversees project schedule, resources, grant administration and progress reports.
• Maintains collaboration among investigators, site personnel, participants, The Geneva Foundation and sponsor.
• Prepares interim and final progress reports and contributes to manuscripts.
