Job summary

The Geneva Foundation in Bethesda, Maryland, is seeking a Research Coordinator to assist the Principal Investigator and study team in coordinating research activities. The position includes recruiting participants, managing data, and supporting project close-out.

The salary range is $55,000 – $75,000, based on market data and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision healthcare, and generous leave options.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in clinical research preferred.
• 2–4 years’ non-profit, research, or healthcare experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times.
• Plan and coordinate the initiation of research study protocols.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of technical support staff.
• Recruit and coordinate research subjects and/or volunteers.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and conferences associated with research.

Skills

Oral and written communication

Organization and attention to detail

Flexibility with changing priorities

Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge of CFR, GCP and ICH guidelines

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
