Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a skilled post-award manager to oversee a portfolio of faculty-sponsored and non-sponsored research funds. You will work under senior staff to ensure compliance with sponsor and university regulations and provide financial guidance.

The role requires independent work on routine and moderately complex tasks, strong communication, and collaboration with OSP, ORAC, and FAS Finance to support research portfolios and fiscal planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with faculty and sponsors is preferred.
• Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with offices to manage research portfolios and expenditures.
• Prepare administrative sections of reports and funding documents.
• Monitor expenditures and advise on compliance with sponsor terms.
