Job summary

Clackamas County is seeking a Research and Evaluation Analyst to join the Data and Quality team within the Housing and Community Development Division. You will conduct research, design evaluations, manage data quality, and create data visualizations to support housing programs and outcomes.

You will collaborate with performance analysts and program staff to ensure accurate reporting, monitor regulatory requirements, and present findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with diverse communities and equity in housing programs.
• Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with analytical work and translating findings into recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program administrators to analyze housing response systems.
• Design and conduct longitudinal studies on health and housing integration.
• Develop analytical models using geospatial and population data.
• Oversee data collection and ensure data quality.
• Translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
