Job summary

King County's Department of Community and Human Services seeks a mid-level evaluator to analyze housing affordability, stability, and policy impacts. You will work with housing staff and regional partners to measure outcomes, report findings, and inform decision-making within a hybrid PME team in Seattle.

Successful candidates will leverage data to support anti-racist practices and equitable policy development, preparing dashboards, briefs, and data resources for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Commitment to equity and social justice in all analytic work.
• 3+ years of experience in social, health, or human services policy analysis.
• Ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Experience cleaning, validating, and analyzing data with statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Support housing data analysis, policy analysis, and evaluation work.
• Develop data resources, reports, and routine analyses for housing.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Lead data-driven conversations with program staff and partners.
• Contribute to reports for elected officials and leadership.
• Design analyses across housing policy areas and coordinate with teams.
