Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, CA is seeking an Administrator to support operational, organizational, and project activities in a dynamic setting. You will independently plan, coordinate, monitor tasks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion under the Deputy Division Leader of Operations in BBTD/PLS.

This role may offer a hybrid schedule after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• DOE Q-level clearance required at time of hire.
• FBI/CJIS SRA required for access to Select Agent information at hire.
• Associate's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with administrative data entry and reporting within Cayuse software.
• Experience managing controlled documents and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and coordinate operational and organizational activities for LLNL offices.
• Support implementation of strategic objectives and respond to information requests.
• Represent offices on audits, committees, and initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and process improvements; monitor deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management decisions and policy adherence.
• Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate procurements and subcontracts.
• Support budgets, workflows, and communications across internal/external stakeholders.
