Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center is seeking a Research Administrator III/IV to support a team of faculty in the Clinical Research Division. The role involves providing administrative support in grants, translational research, and financial management while maintaining operational efficiency. This position offers a hybrid work model with at least 3 days a week at the Seattle campus.

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience, alongside skills in budget management and project oversight. The role is vital in driving research initiatives with comprehensive support from Fred Hutch.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience managing federal and/or non-federal sponsored research.
• Ability to edit SharePoint sites or basic web pages.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as IRB, IACUC, and MUA.

Responsibilities

• Complete key administrative tasks like editing CVs and NIH Biosketch.
• Manage monthly time and effort reporting for faculty.
• Assist with manuscript preparation for submission.
