Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, Business Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and modeling and Data visualization tools—Power BI preferred; Tableau or Looker.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation and Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
• Understanding of NLP techniques for analyzing unstructured data (e.g., customer feedback, social media).
• Exposure to AI-enhanced BI tools (e.g., Power BI with Copilot, Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot).
• Experience working with data engineering teams, data pipelines, and data warehouse architecture.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or Workfront and version control and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
• Identify questions, dig into data, and tell compelling stories with findings.
