Holmes Murphy & Associates in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to join the Information Technology team. You will collect and analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver timely reports to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, information systems or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information; experience with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI; strong communication and presentation skills; experience with data warehousing and ETL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from various sources to deliver accurate and timely reports.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reporting tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business objectives.
• Consult with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data quality checks.
• Provide operational consulting for reporting, data quality, and technical requests related to the use of the claim system.
