Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Plano, TX, is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage forecast-driven replenishment for assigned businesses. You will oversee planogram replenishment, forecast accuracy, and Open to Buy alignment with the Buying team.

The role requires 3–5 years retail planning experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with JDA. This hybrid position reports to the Legacy West support center and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience in retail planning.
• 3–5 years planning at a retail or wholesale company.
• 2–3 years leading cross-functional projects across an organization.
• Experience with retail buying or logistics is preferred.
• Strong inventory management and forecasting knowledge.
• Excellent math, analytical and communication skills.
• JDA experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• 50% Forecasting: manage replenishment forecasts and PO flow from vendors to stores.
• 25% Partnerships: collaborate with Buyers/SBU to translate commitments into plans.
• 25% Analytics: generate forecast performance reports and identify drivers of bias or error.
