Job summary

C.A. Fortune is a national consumer-centric integrated commerce agency seeking a Replenishment Analyst II in Bentonville, AR. You will support replenishment analytics and reporting for Walmart, collaborating with the Insights team to expand across accounts and retailers.

Responsibilities include producing reports, forecasting demand and supply, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating actionable insights to clients. Hybrid work with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, finance, information systems, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in CPG analytics (Category/Insights/Replenishment).
• Strong curiosity to understand the “why” behind the data.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; able to manage datasets and present clearly.

Responsibilities

• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting for assigned clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide analysis on Retail Link and Scintilla data including forecasts and OTIF.
• Monitor replenishment and sales reporting for risks and opportunities and summarize findings.
• Apply foundational supply chain principles to support KPI objectives.
• Develop fact-based recommendations to optimize in-stocks during launches and promotions.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and new item presentations.
• Support post-promotional analysis and share learnings for future planning.
• Maintain relationships with internal sales teams and cross-functional partners.
• Communicate insights to retailer partners and document best practices.
