Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory planning, demand planning, retail replenishment, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory and replenishment to maintain optimal stock across Walmart DCs and stores.
• Monitor inventory positions, sales trends, and replenishment data to identify risks.
• Assist inbound supply from overseas factories by tracking schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, planning teams to ensure product flow from factory to customer.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for inventory and supply chain operations.
• Analyze KPIs: In-stock, OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates.
• Support root cause analysis of shortages, variances, and disruptions.
• Prepare data and recommendations for SCM Manager review.
• Assist Walmart and Sam's Club replenishment activities and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, Demand Planning, Logistics, and Customer Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain data accuracy across supply chain systems and reporting tools.
• Participate in process improvements to improve service levels, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
