The position is hybrid in Minneapolis, MN, requiring four days in the office and one remote day per week, with occasional travel to wind farm sites in Minnesota and neighboring states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Project management or project coordination experience.
• Familiarity with project management and business systems.
• Visit active operating facilities and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital, reliability, and equipment improvement projects from development through execution.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, scopes, and execution plans.
• Manage project financials, purchasing, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineering resources, operations teams, and reliability personnel.
• Travel periodically to wind farm sites throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Iowa.
