Job summary

PSE (Power System Engineering) is seeking a Project Manager Renewable Energy to lead energy projects from origination through closeout. You will work with engineers, clients, contractors, and industry partners to deliver turnkey renewable energy solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in energy project delivery, solid engineering foundations, and interest in hybrid work at a PSE office. PE or PMP credentials are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in project management, engineering, or project delivery within energy/infrastructure/renewable energy.
• Experience with solar, BESS, or microgrids preferred.
• Experience in consulting/utility/developer/EPC environment preferred.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for strategic renewable energy projects through origination, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural disciplines for turnkey solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams including engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
