Job summary

PSE in Madison, WI seeks a Project Manager – Renewable Energy to oversee strategic energy projects from origination through construction and closeout. You will lead engineering coordination across disciplines and maintain client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid work arrangement out of the Madison office. A strong engineering foundation and hands-on project delivery experience are essential, with preference for PMP certification and PE license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant engineering field.
• 8+ years of experience in project management or delivery in energy/renewable sector.
• Experience with solar, BESS, or microgrids is preferred.
• PMP certification and PE license are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for renewable energy projects from origination to closeout.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural disciplines for turnkey solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
