Job summary

TMMG, Inc. seeks a Senior Waterfront Engineering & Production Integration Lead to support LSM VCM program across design maturation, production planning, construction, equipment integration, testing, and vessel delivery.

This role ensures documentation and installation are correct, constructible, and aligned with schedules. From waterfront leadership to vendor coordination, you will minimize production disruptions and guide engineering choices through FAT/HAT, trials, and delivery milestones,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years supporting shipbuilding, ship repair, vessel modernization, or marine engineering.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, vendor documentation, and installation packages.
• Experience coordinating engineering with production, planning, QA, and customer representatives.

Responsibilities

• Bridge the gap between design agents, shipyards, vendors and customers to ensure constructible, producible solutions.
• Identify technical risks, prevent rework, and minimize production disruptions.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical discussions and advise on implementation and sequencing.
• Liaise with ABS, NAVSEA, and government stakeholders during engineering and delivery stages.
• Prepare technical reports, shipchecks, and risk registers for program reviews.
