Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• Experience in SNAP or public benefits is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to understand laws and processes.

• Flexible, creative, and compassionate in challenging cases.
• Familiarity with MS Office and electronic case records.

Responsibilities

• Phone intake with clients.
• Assess eligibility for public benefits.
• Assist with SNAP applications and maximize benefits.
• Advocate with DTA to address denials or reductions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and attend team meetings.
• Refer clients to community resources.
• Document information for reports and participate in training.
