Qualifications

• 6+ years of treasury management/banking experience with large corporate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in client relationship management and portfolio development preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Research client structures to tailor treasury solutions.
• Develop pricing strategies and evaluate profitability with TM Advisors.
• Prepare pitch materials and client review documents.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams for billing and implementation.
• Support the full engagement cycle from proposal to activation.
• Contribute to team revenue goals and growth.
