Job summary

The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to provision, deploy, administer, monitor, maintain, and upgrade enterprise resources and services. You will document complex configurations and lead architecture discussions to deliver stable, best‑practice solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers, and experience with AWS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field is required.
• Four+ years of software development experience in production, mentoring, and leading technical projects.
• Experience with AWS cloud services in production environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to duplicate and stand up the BrainHealth Platform for the OBHW program.
• Develop and maintain application services and APIs to support the OBHW program.
• Configure and maintain cloud infrastructure within AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
