biBerk is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to lead automation strategy and drive engineering excellence across multiple teams. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development of automation frameworks and test solutions.

You will mentor peers, own critical quality initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and product teams to improve testing effectiveness and release confidence. The position is hybrid with onsite Pittston, PA meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated automation engineering experience.
• Lead automation initiatives across multiple teams or departments.
• Own automation frameworks and influence strategy.
• Demonstrate senior-level automation engineering experience in large-scale software organizations.

Responsibilities

• Champion automation best practices across multiple engineering teams.
• Evaluate and improve automation frameworks, tooling, and testing strategies.
• Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise-scale automation frameworks.
• Perform thorough code reviews to elevate quality across the organization.
• Partner with engineering, QA, and product teams on automation-related decisions.
