Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks an experienced SAP EAM Technical Lead to own technical architecture, development, and integration of SAP EAM and related modules. You will supervise technical teams and drive asset lifecycle processes to deliver scalable, reliable solutions that optimize asset management and operations.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations, plus GIS and IS-U integration knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years SAP EAM/PM/CS experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP/ Scrum Master/ Agile Coach certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Develop and oversee technical roadmaps and architectures for SAP EAM initiatives with functional leads.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members to grow technical capability.
• Resolve complex production issues and analyze release notes for client engagements.
• Ensure project planning, budgeting, and execution for EAM implementations and enhancements.
• Lead technical workshops and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Configure and integrate SAP EAM with SAP IS-U, SCM, MM, FI/CO and IS-U for utilities.
• Support regulatory compliance reporting for utility regulators.
• Oversee assets, work, resources, maintenance, and spatial data processes.
