Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring Designers/Sales Representatives in a hybrid remote role. You’ll help clients organize their homes, receive full sales and design training, and start with pre-set appointments near you. No prior experience is required, just coachability and a growth mindset.

The role offers a flexible schedule, a 13-week paid training program, and opportunities for advancement while you work close to home with ongoing mentorship and strong support from your Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
