Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can help clients organize their homes. You will work with pre-set appointments near your home and receive complete training, with no prior experience required. The role offers hybrid remote work and a clear path for advancement.

You will participate in a 12-week paid sales training and mentorship, with benefits like a flexible schedule and direct access to your Sales Manager for guidance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be coachable and have a growth mindset.
• Must be willing to complete a 12-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided by the company.
• Build rapport to understand customers’ organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for design solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services offered by Closets by Design.
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential clients.
