AT&T is seeking a Premier Service Consultant in Mesa, Arizona. This hybrid-remote role combines voice, chat, and email support to attract and retain customers, driving satisfaction and loyalty while guiding customers through the latest technology and offers.

You will handle inquiries, identify upsell opportunities, and resolve billing or service issues, all while meeting sales targets and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package. The position requires a flexible schedule, with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.

• Explain bills and product features clearly to customers.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support when needed.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
• Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
