Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Glendale, AZ to connect customers with our full suite of devices and services. You’ll use a consultative sales approach, meet sales targets and earn commissions in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work a 40-hour week, including weekends, with schedules posted two weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2-week advance plans.
• Remain flexible to evolving tech and customer needs.
• Training and coaching provided to help meet and exceed goals.
