Job summary

Digital Harbor Foundation is seeking an AmeriCorps Planning Manager to oversee the Career Navigators program's development, implementation, and ongoing improvements. The role requires PM experience, strong communication, and collaboration with community partners in a hybrid setting based in Baltimore, MD.

The position emphasizes budgeting, curriculum design, recruitment, and staff supervision to secure successful workforce outcomes and sustainable program growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience; PMP certification encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and execution of Career Navigators program activities.
• Engage partners, employers, and participants to identify local workforce needs and pathways.
• Develop and manage program budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Design curriculum and training content addressing digital literacy and career readiness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise Career Navigators and staff; monitor performance.
