Job summary

The American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) is seeking a Customer Relationship Advocate (CRA) to join its Customer Experience team in Philadelphia. You will manage high-profile relationships, provide accurate information on certification, MOC, and subspecialties, and guide exam candidates and diplomates through training and recertification paths.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high touch environment.
• Experience supporting or communicating with physicians is highly desirable.
• Solid interpersonal and written communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to utilize CRM and web-based portals.

Responsibilities

• Represent ABIM’s brand with respect, empathy, and diplomacy to high-profile customers.
• Respond to multi-channel inquiries regarding ABIM policies, training, registration, and exams; resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Keep customer information current and accurate in the CRM system and other tools.
• Follow up promptly with customers when additional information is needed.
