Job summary

GameChange Energy is seeking a Materials Coordinator to manage inventory and purchasing data within NetSuite. You will ensure accuracy of POs, material releases, and inbound shipments while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or equivalent work experience.
2+ years in inventory management, materials coordination, procurement, or related analytical role preferred.
Advanced Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and reconciliation/analysis of large datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; identify discrepancies, root causes, trends, and corrective actions.
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Enter and maintain purchase orders in NetSuite with accurate SKUs, quantities, pricing, and dates.
Process material releases with attention to SKUs and quantities; resolve discrepancies before finalization.
Monitor inbound shipments and ensure accurate NetSuite receipt and tracking.
