Qualifications

• PA Bar admission in good standing required.
• Open to Associate to Counsel levels.
• Recent general litigation experience with institutional or commercial clients such as utilities, municipalities, school districts, or similar public entity matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle—from intake through trial.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements.
• Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep.
• Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives.
