Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Transportation / General Liability

Location: Remote (PST) or Hybrid (San Diego, CA 92130 or Los Angeles, CA 90045)

Must be licensed to practice law in California and work Pacific Standard Time schedule.

About the Role: Seeking Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to handle general liability matters for a fast‑paced, AV‑rated law firm. Self‑starting, solid work ethic required, experienced in all aspects of litigation including investigation, research, analysis, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations, and court hearings. Excellent research and writing skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and represent clients in litigation cases from pre‑trial to post‑trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations and arbitrations.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 4‑7+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Exceptional legal research, writing and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $130K to $210K, commensurate with experience.
