Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1–6+ years of experience in relevant litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and represent clients in litigation cases from pre-trial to post-trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.
• Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on legal matters.
