The candidate must be a licensed PE with a bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering and have at least ten years of related design and project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer License.
• Ten or more years of design experience; experience managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Design civil infrastructure projects including water mains, sewers, roads, and bridges.
• Develop applications, permits, reports, and specifications.
• Prepare and review project cost estimates and budgets.
• Coordinate with a team of design professionals to meet goals.
• Assist with proposals, marketing, and client communications.
• Conduct site inspections and attend client/project meetings.
