You will conduct legal research, draft pleadings, manage discovery, and assist with multi-district matters, collaborating with senior attorneys and engaging with clients.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania bar eligibility.
• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience required, with preferred class actions or MDL exposure.
• Ability to independently manage research, drafting, and discovery tasks; strong academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Handle general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research and draft substantive pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery.
• Assist with class actions and multi-district litigation matters.
• Organize and oversee case development and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in client interactions.
