Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager (SGL19) to drive complex software projects across ERP, CRM, and integrated systems.

This hybrid role can be based in Arkansas or Oklahoma, or remote in Texas, leading cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget. You will apply PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum practices, coordinate cutovers, and partner with business leads and analysts to deliver value in a rapidly evolving utility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 10+ years managing medium- to large-sized software project portfolios, preferably in utilities.
• PMI/CSM/PSM certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and related modules.
• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, MSP, or Asana.
• Proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and diagram tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for medium- to large-scale software projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, vendors, and offshore resources.
• Develop charters, plans, schedules, and status reports; manage risks and issues.
• Drive PMO processes, change management, and KPIs to align with IT strategy.
• Support training and knowledge transfer; communicate with executive sponsors.
