Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead mission-critical enterprise application projects. This hybrid role can be based in Arkansas or Oklahoma offices, or remotely in Texas.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholders, and drive PMO processes using PMBOK, Agile, and Scrum. Strong leadership and communication are essential as we deliver ERP, CRM, and data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field; PMP/CSM/PSM certifications preferred.
• Experience managing medium- to large-sized software projects (ERP/CRM/CIS/field service).
• Proficient with Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project Online, Asana; data tools like Power BI/Tableau; process-mapping tools like Visio/Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management for medium- to large-sized software projects (ERP implementations, system integrations, data migrations, custom development).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, business units, vendors, and multiple locations/time zones.
• Develop and execute charters, plans, schedules, status reports, change requests, and lessons learned.
• Provide leadership and monitor performance, quality, and deliverables; manage risks and issues.
• Work with business leads on requirements gathering, UAT, and cutover planning; support change management and training.
• Review PMO procedures and drive process improvements.
