Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois (state and federal).
• Experience in civil litigation and courtroom appearances.
• Ability to manage a competitive caseload and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, orders, discovery and memoranda.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery, conduct legal research and take depositions.
• Review client documents, draft case evaluations and prepare status report correspondence.
• Assist with mediations, pretrial conferences and court appearances.
• Interact with clients, professionals, opposing counsel and staff; manage a substantive caseload.
• Appear in Illinois state and federal courts.
