Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supporting attorneys in complex insurance defense litigation.
• Knowledge of Illinois and Federal Court rules and procedures is required.
• Experience with Odyssey and Federal Court (ECF) e-filing systems is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, editing, formatting, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence.
• File pleadings using both Federal and State court e-filing systems.
• Schedule court reporters and coordinate depositions.
• Ensure completeness of electronic files in document management system.
