Job summary

ABB in Cary, NC is seeking a bilingual HR Service Associate to deliver HR support to employees and managers. You will handle benefits, payroll and HR queries via phone/email, while collaborating with US and Puerto Rico HR teams.

A relevant Associate’s degree and 1–3 years of HR/case management experience are required, with fluency in English and Spanish. The role is hybrid, requiring some in-office presence in Cary, NC, and offers the chance to contribute to global HR operations within ABB’s GBS

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with two years of customer service/case management experience or equivalent.
• 1–3 years minimum experience in resolving HR, benefits, and payroll inquiries.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Human Capital Management (HCM) system experience; SAP or Workday knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service assistance to the HR community, managers and employees.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and escalated HR inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and general HR queries.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and other HR teams in the US and Puerto Rico.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to SLAs in responding to inquiries.
• Record inquiries and manage tickets; assist with audits and process improvements.
