Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Talent Management Generalist to lead full-time analyst recruitment for development programs and support internship recruitment. The role partners with early career teams and hiring managers to build pipelines, screen candidates, and coordinate offers and placements.

The position focuses on sourcing, university relations, and delivering positive candidate experiences while collaborating with HR to align compensation and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multi-tasking skills.
• Strong HR acumen with problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-time analyst recruitment for Huntington’s development programs across the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand program talent needs and required and preferred candidate qualifications.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-potential early career talent.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with universities, student organizations, career centers, recruiting platforms, and other sourcing partners.
• Coordinate and attend college career fairs, community-based recruitment events, and Huntington-hosted recruiting events.
• Review applications and resumes in accordance with position and program requirements.
• Screen, assess, and communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Organize and coordinate candidate slates, interviews, offers, hiring activities, and program placements across development programs.
• Deliver a positive, timely, and consistent experience for candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Support internship recruitment, intern conversion activities, and other early career program recruitment as needed.
• Design, write, and coordinate communications and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and Talent Management partners regarding compensation, staffing policies, program requirements, communications, and the candidate and colleague experience.
• Generate and analyze recruiting data to inform hiring needs, sourcing strategies, and process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment results to improve program outcomes, retention, and conversion.
• Build job aids, presentations, process documentation, and other resources to support colleagues and showcase results.
• Provide cross-functional support for early career programs, Talent Management initiatives, and other team priorities as needed
