Job summary

Seattle Children’s Theatre is seeking an Adrienne Dillard-Coons Drama School Programs Coordinator in Seattle, WA. The role supports the ADC Drama School programming within Education & Engagement, coordinating classes, camps, youth programs, and on-site logistics under the ADC Youth Programs Manager.

You will handle scheduling, communications with faculty and families, and provide administrative support to ensure a high-quality, inclusive student experience aligned with SCT’s mission.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Theatre Education, Arts Administration, and/or Youth Program Management.
  • At least 1 year of program assistance or coordination in arts education or youth programming.
  • Experience working with youth in an education setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with databases/registration systems.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple detail-oriented projects.
  • Commitment to equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day logistics for ADC Drama School classes, camps, and youth programs.
  • Provide on-site administrative and operational support during active programming days.
  • Assist with scheduling, class rosters, and materials needed for program delivery.
  • Serve as a communication point for Teaching Artist Faculty and families.
  • Collaborate with ENG and Finance teams to support program operations.
