Job summary

Pathways Vermont, a provider of community-based mental health services, seeks a Program Operations Specialist in Burlington, VT. The role coordinates between service teams, housing staff, and the Department of Corrections to ensure equitable, statewide services and smooth resident transitions.

You will manage data, reports, and communications to support move-ins/move-outs, attend meetings, and uphold training and confidentiality standards as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience with databases, Google Apps, and other computer programs.
• Excellent typing skills and knowledge of office equipment use and maintenance.
• Motivated self-starter and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Primary administrative liaison for the DOC reporting and communication.
• Data entry in OMS: quarterly and annual reports; ensure referrals are timely.
• Obtain records and share client data with service and housing teams before admission.
• Upload monthly notes and documents to OMS (leases, notices, etc).
• Coordinate move-ins for DOC participants.
• Share information with Medical and Service teams to support community integration.
• Attend monthly program meetings and complete quality data checks.
