ThermoAnalytics, Inc. seeks a Chief Product Officer to drive vision, strategy, and execution for a suite of thermal and infrared software offerings.

The CPO will oversee Product Management, Operations, Research, and Business Development, partnering across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to deliver value for customers and shareholders. The role offers a hybrid schedule with weekly onsite hours and the option to work from Novi, Michigan or Calumet,

Formación

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling a software business from approximately $10M to $50M+ ARR.
• Strong product leadership, technical literacy, financial acumen, commercial orientation, and experience with complex, multinational B2B sales environments.
• Capable of transitioning from hands-on product execution to leading managers and building the product operating system, with focus on revenue, retention, strategic prioritization and executive customer relationships.
• Help move from approximately $15M stage toward a standardized, scalable software product business, while avoiding excessive customization driven by services engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute a 12–24-month product roadmap tied to company objectives, financial targets, innovation, differentiation, and sustainable growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization capable of managing multiple integrated products across key markets and sectors.
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial objectives, including monetization, packaging, pricing, adoption, and key-account support.
• Use competitive intelligence, customer data, win/loss analysis, and churn drivers to prioritize investments and shape product strategy.
• Establish product operating mechanisms including discovery cadences, quarterly business reviews, roadmap reviews, and performance metrics to improve execution predictability and speed.
• Own product-led growth metrics, including product revenue, retention, customer satisfaction, and quality.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to define target markets, customers, value propositions, positioning, and GTM strategy while eliminating underperforming offerings.
• Establish disciplined processes for balancing near-term deal opportunities with long-term product strategy.
• Strengthen integration with customers’ CAE and PLM environments and optimize B2B pricing models to increase product sales and annual contract value.
• Ensure product requirements support SOC 2, GDPR, and other enterprise security standards.
• Establish and lead a Customer Advisory Board representing the company’s highest-value customers.
