ThermoAnalytics, Inc. seeks a Chief Product Officer to own vision, strategy, and execution for a portfolio of thermal and infrared software and services.

The role reports to the executive team and leads Product Management, Operations, Research, and Business Development, coordinating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to maximize ARR and NRR. The CPO will drive product innovation, monetization, pricing strategy, and a scalable product organization, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience scaling software from ~$10M to ~$50M ARR.
• Strong product leadership, technical literacy, and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12–24 month product roadmap aligned to company objectives and ARR targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization across multiple products and markets.
• Align product priorities with engineering, monetization, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
• Use market and customer insights to guide strategy and investments.
• Establish product operating mechanisms and metrics for predictability and growth.
• Own revenue/retention metrics and collaborate with GTM to drive product-led growth.
• Drive enterprise readiness and ensure SOC 2/GDPR compliance.
• Lead a Customer Advisory Board representing top customers.
