You will drive a scalable software business across products and markets, partnering with functions across the organization to deliver customer value and ARR growth. The role requires 10+ years in product management, with 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS, and a track record of scaling software businesses from roughly $10M to $50M+ ARR.

• Define and execute a 12- to 24-month product roadmap aligned with company objectives and financial targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization spanning multiple products and markets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to monetize, package, and price offerings.
• Use market and customer insights to shape strategy and prioritize investments.
• Establish product operating mechanisms, reviews, and metrics to improve execution speed and accountability.
• Own product-led growth metrics including revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction.
