Job summary

ThermoAnalytics, Inc. in Novi, MI (or Calumet, MI) seeks a Chief Product Officer to own vision, strategy, and execution for a scalable software business.

Responsibilities include building a high-performing product organization, defining a 12–24 month roadmap, and driving product-led growth with cross-functional collaboration. The role offers hybrid schedule with weekly onsite hours and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3–5 years in senior leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Experience scaling a software business from approximately $10M to $50M+ ARR.
• Strong product leadership, technical literacy, financial acumen, commercial orientation, and experience with complex, multinational B2B sales environments.
• Ability to transition from hands-on product execution to leading managers and building the product operating system.
• Experience ensuring enterprise security standards (SOC 2, GDPR).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a 12–24-month product roadmap aligned to company objectives and targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization across multiple products and markets.
• Align product priorities with engineering capacity and commercial objectives, including monetization and pricing.
• Use competitive intelligence, customer data, win/loss analysis, and churn drivers to shape strategy.
• Establish product operating mechanisms and performance metrics to improve execution speed.
• Own product-led growth metrics, including revenue and retention.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing to define GTM strategy and market targets.
• Strengthen integrations with customers' CAE/PLM environments and optimize pricing models.
• Ensure enterprise-readiness and maintain compliance standards.
• Lead Customer Advisory Board with high-value customers.
