Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial lines management.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• EZLynx proficiency preferred.
• Onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
• Handle both new business (20%) and renewal business (80%) processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support producers by taking on administrative and service-related tasks.
• Utilize EZLynx for rating and CRM purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
